The wait is over.
After a nail biting nine weeks that saw you vote in your millions, making
this year our most successful yet, FHM has finally announced it’s 100
Sexiest Women in the World 2009.With a strict voting process followed by many sleepless nights spent
counting and recounting your votes, we’re extremely pleased to reveal
that Eliza Dushku has scooped the number 28 spot!

Eliza featured inside Allure Magazine!
Eliza is featured inside the May 2009 issue of Allure (US) as part of 'The Naked Truth' -- a regular feature where Allure asks five celebrities to bare it all for the camera; and you can learn what they had to say about self-esteem, their bodies, and stripping down. The issue will be on newsstands from April 21. I shall try to add scans a.s.a.p.!
An extract from Eliza's interview is posted below and an outtake has been added to the gallery, a preview of which is to your right, be warned though that the image may not be considered 'safe for work'. Nevertheless, enjoy!
ALLURE: Are you comfortable with nudity?
ELIZA DUSHKU: "I grew up with three brothers, and I was never shy about covering up. It got to the point where my mom was like, 'OK, honey, it's time to put some clothes on now.'"ALLURE: What about these days?
ED: "I'll strip down to my underwear and my Ugg boots when I eat lunch in my trailer."ALLURE: How would you compare this to filming a love scene?
ED: "Love scenes are much more multidimensional, because often you have two people who have just met and you're rolling around, and it's more awkward than when you're posing alone."Source: Allure.com

TV Guide’s Sexiest Stars & Maxim Cover Shoot
Eliza is featured in TV Guide's 'Sexiest Stars of 2009' list -- on newsstands now -- thus a handful of preview captures and a behind-the-scenes image have been added to the gallery. I shall try to get hold of the magazine soon to make scans; if you have a copy, you're welcome to beat me to it!

Saturday Night Magazine (US)
We are being spoiled with magazine covers this year, and this latest one is no exception; Eliza is featured on the April cover of Saturday Night magazine (US) -- visit the official website to read the interview -- Eliza looks absolutely stunning, and this has to be my favourite shoot so far.

Maxim March Cover!
Eliza is on the March 2009 cover of Maxim (US) which is on newsstands now -- her first cover was back in 2001 (view scans) and I gotta say, Miss Eliza looks smokin'! Full scans shall be added once the issue reaches my country. An extract from the interview can be found below. You convinced Joss Whedon to come back to TV and do this show with you. How did you twist his arm?
I knew that if I went back to TV, I absolutely wanted it to be with him, so I invited him to lunch. He picked this fancy-schmancy restaurant, and we threw around ideas. Four hours later he came out of the bathroom and said, “The show’s going to be called Dollhouse.” That Gouda pizza I bought him was the best investment I ever made.Your body looks amazing these days. Were you channeling any Hollywood icons during our shoot?

On the Cover of SciFiNow!
And how's this for a birthday present? -- Eliza is featured on the cover of SciFiNow magazine (issue 23) and it features an additional unseen promo pic! I have the magazine, I picked it up when I was browsing the bookstore so I came across it by chance. The issue also features an interview with Eliza; SFX is largely an interview with Joss, so it was nice to read.
Unfortunately, the official website hasn't yet been updated so I can't preview the cover but I shall scan the mag (and SFX!) on the weekend, so be sure to check back for those. 
EDIT: (Jan 7.) The official website has been updated with the new issue; a preview of the cover is to your right.
SFX (UK) January 2009!
Eliza is on the cover of SFX magazine (UK edition) in what looks to be an unseen promotional image and features "... the lowdown from both Whedon and Dushku on what we can expect when it hits the screen."
The issue will hit newsstands on Wednesday, 17 December, 2008 -- view what else is in the issue online -- I'll be sure to pick up a copy with my weekly shop. Check back soon for scans!
