Fashion Week Fall 2008

BlackBerry Launch Party & Sundance

Apologies for the delay in adding these, but Eliza attended a new event on January 31 - meaning that she is now back in LA after being in Utah for several weeks with the ‘Sundance Film Festival’ - and she is looking as lovely as ever. I’ve also updated the gallery with additional images from ‘Sundance’, as well as a new album which I forgot to add previously. Gallery links and previews are below, enjoy!

‘On Broadway’ Limited Release!

Another upcoming event to look forward to!

Eliza Dushku’s movie, On Broadway, which garnered high praise at the ‘2007 Independent Film Festival of Boston’ will be released March 14 for a two-week run in Boston. If the film is successful, a wider release will follow. In other words: Boston, go see this movie.

On Broadway is the story of a Boston carpenter, Jack (former New Kid Joey McIntyre), who writes a play about his late uncle, then quits his job to put on a production in a neighborhood pub on Broadway street. Jill Flint, who recently made an appearance on Gossip Girl, plays Jack’s wife, Kate.

As if Dushku’s presence alone isn’t enough, Amy Poehler and hubby Will Arnett have minor roles. Just the mention of those two makes me smile.

Short Hiatus

Eliza has been busy lately appearing at Fashion Week, but unfortunately, I’m having problems with my laptop so I will be offline for some time (a week at the most, hopefully.) I hate not being able to add these new, gorgeous, images of Eliza but I plan on doing so when I get back. I’ll also be uploading a new layout with additional content to make up for it. In the meanwhile, thanks for visiting!

‘Buffy’ cast to reunite at TV fest

A reunion of “Buffy the Vampire Slayer,” a tribute to writer-producer Judd Apatow and salutes to several first-year series highlight the 25th annual William S. Paley Television Festival being announced today.

Organized by the Paley Center for Media, the festival will be held for the first time this year at the ArcLight Cinemas in Hollywood instead of the center’s Beverly Hills facility. It runs March 14-27.

The “Buffy” reunion is scheduled for March 20, just short of five years after the show ended. Creator Joss Whedon will be on hand; cast members who have said they will join him so far include Amber Benson, Nicolas Brendon, James Marsters, Emma Caulfield, Eliza Dushku and Michelle Trachtenberg.
